Kim Pampanga

Kim Pampanga joined The Yates Team in 2020 after a successful career at a commercial real estate firm. As the team’s Coordinator, Kim is responsible for coordinating transactions for the Yates Team, and has relied on her passion for organization and ability to multi-task to meet the challenge of supporting a wide range of clients and administering the team’s back office.

With almost 4 years of experience in both commercial and residential real estate, she has developed a set of skills that allows her to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and precision. She holds a bachelor's degree and takes pride in completing tasks with very minimal supervision.

During her free time, Kim likes to either go for walks with her Shih Tzu or watch YouTube videos. She is also a YouTube content creator herself, that's why she sometimes spends her weekends editing her videos.
